Jovita Jenkins, MBA, is a success strategist, executive coach and founder/president of Ajides International, Inc., a boutique coaching, consulting and training firm. A trail-blazing pioneer, Jenkins forged a successful corporate career starting as an engineer and culminating as an executive in a Fortune 500 aerospace company. She continues to blaze trails as a dynamic author, coach and speaker. She is a certified professional coach and former chair of The Executive Committee, holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mathematics and an MBA from UCLA’s prestigious Anderson School. Community activities include: commissioner on the Los Angeles City Quality and Productivity Commission, and board member of the National Speakers Association, Greater Los Angeles chapter.
